I guess I was riled up about a lot of things last night. I had some vivid dreams. But when I asked for some help, what I heard in my mind was this: trust.
Trust.
Sometimes I doubt myself...or my path. Because it's a new one for me, in many ways...and it's unfamiliar. But I know I'm at my best when I try to stay in the moment, in the flow, and head toward love and lightness. Sometimes, I stop and think, I have no idea what I'm doing. Exactly. It's OK. Doing the best I can. XO. Trying to add to the flow of goodness, because that's what feels right to me right now.
Being hard on myself doesn't help. There is no place in my life for "tough love."
Just do the best I can and trust.
Perhaps this will shed some light for someone else.
