Good morning. I guess I try to focus on what's right around me...the people near to me, the situations in front of me. When I glance at the news, it's fear-inducing. I don't want fear to rule my day. Not that I don't want to be informed...it's just that I want to get quiet and come from my heart.
I'm one small person. Can I make a difference? Let's see, I believe so. My heart tells me to do the best I can and help people. That's my news, right now. I may not be perfect at anything, but I try to enjoy the small stuff and spread some kindness, when I can.
We're all going through a lot at any given time, even if we don't speak of it.
The storm calmed me, actually. I was able to rest some, which I'm grateful for.
