I now have 62 Lost Glove pictures and one Lost Sock. Ha. I do find it amusing, but I also find them quite artistic; it has been a lesson in making something creative out of what seems to be small or unimportant, and this has become my specialty/love concerning photography. Rad. I much prefer these kinds of shots over...let's say, a straight up landscape or "wow" animal picture. But when it comes to animals, nature, and people, I still like to grab the emotion, the character, the feel. With these abstract shots, I'll see an object in a different light, and what seems to be small or mundane or whatnot...well, I focus on turning the little things into art. If I catch the right angle or time or lighting, it can be powerful. And I have a good eye for it. Since I've heavily worked with film, I'll see something and simply take one shot, because I tend to see the beauty or power right in the moment, quickly. Obviously, with film, there's only one shot! So, I'm accustomed to grabbing it. I consider that "eye" a gift. :) It's all perspective. And oftentimes, these shots emit quite powerful emotions. These seemingly "left behind" gloves. I dig the journey of it, anyhow.

And my life is taking me on an adventure for sure...I'm trooping through the best I can. I realize we all have difficulties. Life can be really trying. If I see you today, I'll keep that in mind, and I'll remember to show you the love I want to receive. My heart feels wide open, which is a vulnerable feeling, but I feel that God is with me. And God is with you, too. Huge lessons in acceptance and compassion for the self and others. Humbling and unique. And fire. 🔥What can I say...I'm a passionate person, and I wear my heart on my sleeve. Maybe I'll see you out and about today.
