Update: THE HOUSE OF ANCHOR, nearing release
I'm happy to say that I've uploaded the final version of my sophomore work, THE HOUSE OF ANCHOR. It'll be ready for purchase very soon. Also, I'll be posting info about an upcoming book signing! Be there! When you read this blog, or my books, you make my dreams become a reality.

This is one of my better photos I think. I dig it. :) Trying to refocus at the moment. Working, but I'm rather crabby today, ha. When I'm crabby, I think my face scares people. I don't even make much of an expression...which is why it's scary I guess, I dunno. Actually, sometimes my normal look is scary I think as well. I'm fucked. :0
After I plow through some more work on THE HOUSE OF ANCHOR, I'm gonna watch 20th Century Women, and I'm stoked, b/c Billy Crudup is one of my favorite actors, so I try and watch all his stuff. Waking the Dead is one of my all-time favorite movies. Adore that film. So dreamy and passionate. Anyway, I wonder what I'll think of this one.

What interested me in this shot was the way that the shadow made it appear like a pair. They seemed attached at first glance. <3 Made me smile. I suppose we are never alone, even when we are alone...there is spirit within you, within me, and within nature, and right now, maybe there's someone thinking about me and you. I'm thinking of someone, for sure. My friend Bart. Wonder where he is? I wish he were here. He burns me up and cracks me up. Some people get you like that, you know.
Anyway, on my walk, I saw a huge red-tailed hawk. And my cousin! My cousin is a human, not a hawk. Cool. I also saw a nightgown that read, "Remove before flight." Good idea. Always fly naked. Also, I listened to an interview with a transgender punk singer, and I was enamored with her openness.
