Wow, there have been a lot of emotions, ha, that's putting it mildly, with publishing this sucker, RECOVER WILDLY. With nonfiction, the experience is quite different. I'm so happy and proud as well. It's a mix of random feelings, but it's unique to me, and it's quite interesting to feel it unfold. I've had a lot of tossing and turning at night. Last night, I finally chilled and rested. Yay.

And this morning, I'm feeling light and mischievous. ;) I feel a little spark. 💓I prayed and that's what rolled in. Ready to have some fun and laugh today. I'll try my best to stay out of trouble, ha. Or "stay in it," as the skaters in my second book, THE HOUSE OF ANCHOR, would say. Haha. I love those guys. Literally, my characters are real to me, just saying. I adore that book. What an adventure that one is, for sure.

I'm so thankful to those who are purchasing my fifth book! Do you have your copy yet? It's right here. It's daring, raw, real, and also humorous at times. It's so rad, and I'm so happy to share it with you. I'm hoping it'll help some folks. I'm amazed at the response already. 

I'll be planning a signing as soon as things settle a bit. Not sure where yet, but I have some ideas. :)

Good morning. Love to you. Hope you have a good day. Feeling a lot of nervousness...ha, not so much about the book, actually. I'm ready for that. But I have worry about the physical nature of my delivery job in the mix, for sure. I suppose I'll just do the best I can.

Be gentle with yourself today. I'll try that too.

My book will be out within days. Just looking over the last proof, making sure everything is right on. :) I think you will love it...many years of hard work have gone into this sucker, that's for sure.

Enjoying the End Stages

Good morning. What comes to mind? Slow, rest, return to the quiet. Resting, building strength so that I can give to myself and give back. Just what I'm getting reminders of lately. Thought I'd pass it on.

I'm in the end stages of editing/designing Book Five...it'll be out so soon. I created, wrote, edited, and designed it, yes. I even did the cover art. Same with all of my books. All from my tricky brain. Just a few small details left to go. I'm looking forward to it, but I'm trying to stop and enjoy the process of finishing it as well. Last night, I celebrated the process with ice cream and a Three Musketeers. Ha.

Book Five Proofing Stages.

Good morning. I just ordered my first proof for Book Five. So excited. It's the first time I'll see the manuscript in book form. Still needs a little love and care, but it's really close now.

As with all of my books, I created, wrote, edited, and designed the whole thing by myself! No AI or outside influences whatsoever. :) XO. Feels true. Feels rockin.

So soon!

A few more run-throughs on the proofs...and then, presto! I'm nervous and excited. I'm sharing my heart with you...it feels good, and it feels scary. Kinda like life.
